Under her leadership, Dantli Corp has become a leading provider of foreign language and sign language interpretation, courier and personnel support services, securing more than 115 federal and state contracts during recent years.

Among Dr. Pinckney’s most notable achievements is helping the firm secure the official registered service mark for the company logo throughout the United States and 75 foreign countries. “This honor is an affirmation of the work my team and I have devoted to developing management consulting services for government and private partners,” Dr. Pinckney says. Transitioning from roles at Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and Booz Allen Hamilton, she has applied expertise in proposal writing and team management to sustain business growth. The organization continues to make progress by maintaining effective business development and upholding high standards of leadership.
Learning and Service Define Professional Journey
Dr. Pinckney’s academic achievements include degrees in mechanical engineering, corporate communications and marketing, biblical studies and ministry. She now seeks a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. “Education should not be regarded as an endpoint but as a powerful catalyst for personal and societal transformation,” she says.
Throughout her career, Dr. Pinckney has also dedicated time to civic engagement and volunteerism, serving as an emergency medical technician and supporting nursing homes, Goodwill Industries and Habitat for Humanity. In 2023, she became dean of the Young Warrior Program at Peace Multicultural Theological Seminary and launched new initiatives to empower youth leaders. “Service is the most meaningful legacy one can create,” Dr. Pinckney says, highlighting a longstanding dedication to community outreach.
