YesLawyer announced today that it has surpassed 14,000 clients since launching its technology-driven legal platform, marking a milestone in its effort to expand access to legal services across the United States.

YesLawyer is a national AI-enabled plaintiff firm that connects individuals with licensed attorneys in personal injury, employment, medical malpractice, immigration, family law, corporate law, and intellectual property. The platform is designed to streamline the early stages of legal intake by combining automated screening with human legal consultation.

Through YesLawyer’s system, clients begin with a free case evaluation by phone or online. Basic information is collected through a short questionnaire and internal review, followed by automated conflict checks and attorney matching. In many cases, clients are offered same-day or next-day consultations with a licensed lawyer.

“Our goal is to reduce the time it takes for someone to reach a qualified attorney,” said Rob Epstein, founder of YesLawyer. “The system is built so that clients can move from an initial inquiry to a real conversation without long delays.”

Since launching in 2024, YesLawyer has processed more than 14,000 client matters across all 50 states. According to the company, the platform was created to address common barriers in legal access, including long wait times, high retainers, and administrative backlogs that often slow down the intake process.

YesLawyer uses artificial intelligence for administrative functions such as intake organization, conflict checks, case routing, and scheduling. The company states that AI is not used to provide legal advice or make strategic decisions. All legal consultations, case plans, and representation are handled by licensed attorneys.

“The technology helps manage information and logistics, but the legal work is done by real lawyers,” Epstein said. “Every consultation and legal plan is prepared by an attorney.”

The platform also offers flat-fee pricing and financing options for certain services, allowing clients to receive cost estimates before proceeding with representation. YesLawyer reports that it does not require large retainers and does not bill by the hour for many of its services.

According to industry data, access to legal services remains limited for large segments of the population. The Legal Services Corporation estimates that more than 80 percent of civil legal needs among low-income Americans go unmet or receive inadequate assistance. YesLawyer’s model is intended to address this gap by reducing administrative overhead and accelerating the intake process.

The company reports a current Trustpilot rating of 4.6 out of 5, with user feedback frequently referencing response times and clarity around next steps.

YesLawyer is currently available nationwide and supports consultations through phone, chat, and secure video. The company states that it is exploring opportunities for future expansion, including international markets and additional service offerings.
