Michael Joseph Venditti Jr. received the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award from Marquis Who’s Who, honoring more than 25 years of accomplishment in information technology and his continuing influence throughout the sector. Mr. Venditti, in his most recent term as senior vice president and technology director at Wells Fargo, promoted workplace inclusion. He co-chaired the Enterprise LBGTQ+ segment, chaired the Enterprise LGBTQ+ segment’s Inclusive Work Culture and was a Leadership Team Member of the NY Metro TC3 segment, all focused on technology diversity, community and sustainability initiatives, introducing new programs that broadened employee engagement and participation. At Refinitiv, now The London Stock Exchange Group, Mr. Venditti was promoted to global head and director of the enterprise technology quality engineering organization. Mr. Venditti’s career began at Nynex Corporation as a programmer analyst, where mentorship shaped his leadership and managerial style, as well as his dedication to people development.
